Abstract

Farmers' Terms of Trade (NTP) is a comparison of the price index received by farmers (It) to the price index paid by farmers (Ib).
NTP is an indicator to see the level of ability/purchasing power of farmers in rural areas. NTP also shows the exchange power (terms of trade) of agricultural products with goods and services consumed as well as for production costs.
Bengkulu Province's NTP for January 2023 was 139.58, down 0.19 percent compared to the previous month's NTP. The decrease in FTT was due to the price index received by farmers (It) which increased by 0.29 percent, lower than the increase in the price index paid by farmers (Ib) which increased by 0.48 percent.
The Agricultural Household Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) for Bengkulu Province in January 2023 was 131.93, up 0.34 percent compared to the previous month's NTUP
