Consumer Price Index Bengkulu Municipality 2022

The publication of the 2022 Bengkulu City Consumer Price Index (CPI) is the result of processing the 2022 Bengkulu City Consumer Price Survey. The 2022 Consumer Price Index data uses the base year 2018 (CPI 2018=100). Where prices for goods and services are recorded refer to the commodity packages resulting from the 2018 Cost of Living Survey (SBH). Price data is collected weekly, fortnightly and monthly.The data presented in this publication is monthly CPI data and changes for each expenditure group/subgroup in each food, beverage and tobacco expenditure group; clothing and footwear; housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels; equipment supplies and routine household maintenance; health; transportation; information, communication and financial services; recreation, sports and culture; education; provision of food and drinks/restaurants; personal care and other services.Apart from the CPI data and its changes, twenty commodities which have the largest contribution to inflation/deflation each month are also displayed. At the end, a comparison of the CPI and inflation in the Sumatra and national regions is presented.
